Guest Review by Ethan – Kenny and the Dragon by Tony DiTerlizzi

Today I have a special guest reviewer – Ethan (age 8)! Ethan is a regular guest reviewer on my blog! Check out his other reviews listed under my guest reviewer category!

Kenny and the Dragon

By Tony DiTerlizzi

176 pages – ages 8+

Published by Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers on January 24, 2012 (originally published in 2008)

Kenny lived with his parents. They were rabbits.  Once came a dragon named Graeme. Kenny liked him and visited him every day after school. All the people in his town (except his family)  thought he was harmful. George (a retired knight and dragon slayer) got a letter to fight the dragon.  Kenny and his family were worried about Graeme (getting hurt).

I liked this book because I never made friends with a dragon. This is a book for all ages!

I give this book 4 out of 5 bookworms.

Thanks Ethan for the great review! I saw this book and liked the idea of a dragon who would rather read than fight! If anyone knows of any kids that would like to do a guest review on my site, please let me know – you can contact me at !
