Gone Fishing!

I just want to tell you that my family and I are going camping for a week starting today.

Be sure to stop by my blog on August second the blog tour of Michelle Isenhoff’s new book “Beneath the Slashings”! I get to be the first stop on the blog tour!!

I’m not sure if we’ll get wi-fi in the woods (kind of don’t think so), but I’ll be back on Friday! I hope you guys have a nice week! 🙂

  7. Have a great time with your family, Erik! Will you guys be fishing? My husband and I love fly-fishing, but we’ve done all kinds over the years…he even wrote a book many years ago that is considered the “bible” of refinishing bamboo fly rods, “The Fine Bamboo Fly Rod: A Master’s Secrets of Restoration and Repair.” We will all look forward to your return and reviews. 🙂

    • Thank you Ms. Kirkfield! We actually went fishing! I caught a rock bass and my sister caught a rock bass and a catfish! I don’t know how to fly fish, but when I learn how to, I will get your husband’s book! 🙂

  8. Hope you have lots of wonderful camping adventures with your family!

  9. I hope you “catch the big one” … or at the very least have a great story about “the one that got away.” 😉

  10. I hope you all have (though I suppose I should say had since it will be over by the time you read this) a wonderful camping trip!

  11. How was the fishing trip, Erik? Post a photo of your biggest catch! 🙂

    • Oooops! We forgot to take photos! Wait. I think we did. I’ll check. I know I caught a rockbass and a bunch of bluegills… They ranged from 4-7 inches… But we had a lot of fun! 🙂 Check out tomorrow’s post when I tell you all about it!
