Publisher’s description: My Miniature Library is a kit to make a complete collection of tiny books that you can really read!

With stories ranging from illustrated fairytales to well-loved nonsense rhymes and books of butterflies, birds and flowers, plus blank books for you to complete yourself, you’ll have everything you need to make a little library of beautifully illustrated books.

The books are simple to make – just cut, fold, and glue. The kit comes with a miniature bookshelf to press out and make, and easy-to-follow, fully illustrated instructions. Plus the box transforms into a beautiful library scene!

What I thought: Very, very, cool. The box is an unassuming “book” on your book shelf.

Take it down and crack it open and you delve into your own little library world!

The library doesn’t come assembled. You have to put together the books and the bookshelves. There are easy to understand directions to walk you through the process and making the tiny books is half the fun!

The titles of the mini books range from classics to nonfiction to books you can write yourself! Each book is illustrated and fits nicely onto the little bookshelves you put together. The covers are sturdy card-stock, so they will hold up with being used. When you are done with it, you can close it up and put it back on your human size book shelf!

Although the pages are tiny, I could read the text with ease. Each book is illustrated, adding to the fun!

I think any kid or bibliophile will absolutely love to have their very own mini library!

Five of five book worms for this fun book-lovers project!
